Beer Cheese Dip with Naan

Stonefire® Naan is soft, fluffy and versatile making it a perfect complement to this easy to prepare Beer Cheese dip.  Flavors of cheddar cheese and your favorite lager blend for a dip perfectly paired with our original Naan. This simple recipe can be served as an easy appetizer or snack.  Top with bacon or chives for extra texture and flavor.



  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cut naan into strips
  • Place on sheet pan drizzle with oil
  • Bake 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
  • Remove naan and set aside
  • Heat beer and cream cheese in pan. While constantly stirring, add cheddar until melted and smooth.
  • Salt if needed.
  • Serve immediately with naan strips
