Stonefire® Naan is soft, fluffy and versatile making it a perfect complement to this easy to prepare Beer Cheese dip. Flavors of cheddar cheese and your favorite lager blend for a dip perfectly paired with our original Naan. This simple recipe can be served as an easy appetizer or snack. Top with bacon or chives for extra texture and flavor.
- 1 package Stonefire® Original Naan
- 16 oz cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 9 oz lager
- 2 tbsp oilve oil
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut naan into strips
- Place on sheet pan drizzle with oil
- Bake 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
- Remove naan and set aside
- Heat beer and cream cheese in pan. While constantly stirring, add cheddar until melted and smooth.
- Salt if needed.
- Serve immediately with naan strips
