2 tbsp goat cheese, softened
1-2 slices of crispy bacon, halved
4-6 fresh blackberries
4-5 fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp balsamic reduction

Original Naan Flatbread Version
Ingredients:
2 Stonefire flatbreads
4 oz goat cheese, softened
6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup fresh blackberries, mashed
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1-2 tsp Balsamic reduction, plus for drizzling

Blackberry Basil Bacon Grilled Cheese on Stonefire Mini Naan
Instructions:
- Prep the Naan: Butter one side of each mini naan
- Layer on : On the non-buttered side of one naan, spread the softened goat cheese. Top with blackberries, crispy bacon halves, and fresh basil leaves.
- Brush with Balsamic: Brush a thin layer of balsamic reduction on the inside of the other naan (the non-buttered side).
- Grill It: Place the balsamic-brushed naan on top, buttered side out. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until both sides are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!

Instructions:
- Prep the sandwich: Brush one side of the dipper with a balsamic reduction, add a small amount of goat cheese, 1-2 blackberries (cut in half if needed), a sprinkle of crumbled bacon, and chopped basil on top. Top with another naan dipper brush with butter and place on top creating a bite-sized sandwich.
- Grill: Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until both sides are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Original Naan Flatbread Version
- Prep the Flatbread: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush a layer of balsamic reduction over the naan. Then spread an even layer of goat cheese.
- Layer It Up: Spread the blackberries over the goat cheese. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and fresh basil leaves on top.
- Bake: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are crispy. Remove from the oven, slice into squares, and drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
