Ingredients
For the dip:
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
For the cinnamon apples:
- 2 small apples, chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the dippers & fruit:
- 1 package Stonefire Naan Dippers
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- 4–5 apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Gala), thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional extra dippers: graham crackers or cinnamon pita chips
Directions
Instructions
- Make the cheesecake base: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the bowl as needed to eliminate lumps. Mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until fully combined and creamy.
- Cook the cinnamon apples: In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring often, until the apples are softened and caramelized, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Assemble the dip: Spread the cream cheese mixture into a shallow serving dish, smoothing it out but leaving a slight rim around the edges to hold the caramel. Pour the caramel sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer. Spoon the cooled cinnamon apples on top. Cover and chill at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours).
- Make the Cinnamon Sugar Naan Dippers: Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange Stonefire Naan Dippers on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with melted butter, sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar, and bake for 5–7 minutes until warm and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
- To serve, slice the remaining apples and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange the apples, warm cinnamon sugar naan dippers, and any extra dippers around the chilled cheesecake dip. Dig in immediately!
