- 1 Package Stonefire® Naan
- 12 large cubes of chicken
- 12 large Zucchini cubes
- 12 Red pepper cubes
- 1 red onion- chopped in cubes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Preheat BBQ to Med high heat
- Make the skewers – using 4 metal or bamboo skewers add the chicken and vegetables, alternating to have even amounts.
- Brush with olive oil and place on preheated grill. Grill till the chicken reaches doneness.
- Warm the Naan on the BBQ just before serving.
- Place the Naan on the plate and top with 2 skewers
- Serve warm
