1 Package Stonefire® Naan12 large cubes of chicken12 large Zucchini cubes12 Red pepper cubes1 red onion- chopped in cubes1 Tbsp Olive Oil.

- 12 large Zucchini cubes
- 12 Red pepper cubes
- 1 red onion- chopped in cubes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat BBQ to medium/high heat.Make the skewers – using 4 metal or bamboo skewers add the chicken and vegetables, alternating to have even amounts.Brush with olive oil and place on preheated grill. Grill the chicken until cooked through.Warm the Naan on the BBQ just before serving.Place the Naan on the plate and top with 2 skewers.Serve warm!
