Garlic & Sesame Naan Chips w/ Herb Dip

This combo is the appetizer of the summer! A refreshing herb and garlic dip, served with Garlic & Sesame Naan Chips, is the perfect appetizer for entertaining your family and friends this summer. Using Stonefire® Naan Dippers to create the ultimate scoping experience, dive right in!

Ingredients

For the Garlic & Sesame Chips, you will need…
I container of Stonefire® Naan Dippers
2 Tbsp of olive oil
1 clove of grated garlic
1 tsp of oregano
2 Tbsp of sesame seeds

For the Dip, you will need…
1 ½ cups of plain greek yogurt
1 clove of grated garlic
1 Tbsp of olive oil, plus some to drizzle
1 tsp of oregano
½ tsp of paprika
½ tsp of garlic powder
½ tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of chopped parsley, plus some to garnish

Directions

To a small bowl, add olive oil, garlic & oregano. Stir together until well combined, Add naan dippers to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Brush herbed oil onto each piece & sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for approximately 7-8 minutes at 375 F. Set aside to cool.

To the same small bowl, add grated garlic & olive oil. Mix together. To a medium sized bowl, add yogurt, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, parsley, grated garlic & olive oil. Stir together until the dip is well combined.
Drizzle with some olive oil & garnish with some parsley. Grab your naan chips & start dipping!
