Summer Tomato and Mozzarella Pizza

  • 1 Stonefire® Artisan Pizza Crust
  • 1 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp. pesto
  • ¼ cup shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 3 oz whole milk mozzarella sliced
  • 1 medium ripe red tomato sliced into 8
  • 3 each yellow and red grape tomatoes tossed in ½ teaspoon olive with a pinch of salt and pepper


  • Heat oven to 450°F
  • Lay pizza crust on work surface
  • Combine marinara and pesto, mix well and spread over surface of crust
  • Top with shredded cheese
  • Add sliced tomatoes and then sliced mozzarella
  • Scatter grape tomatoes over and then parmesan
  • Place in oven for 8-10 minutes
  • Remove and top with fresh basil
