Pumpkin Charcuterie Board
Say bye-bye boring charcuterie boards! Take your basic Halloween Charcuterie Board up a naan with Stonefire® and create your very own Pumpkin platter charcuterie board
Pumpkin Platter Instructions:
- Use a round charcuterie or cutting board for the base
- Cut Stonefire® Naan into triangles and bake at 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes or until golden. (optional: add a favorite seasoning before baking, here are some of our favorite combinations to try https://www.stonefire.com/recipes/dippers-5-ways/)
- Add the freshly baked naan triangles to the outer rim of the board.
- Use triangle shaped serving bowls with blackberries or blueberries for the eyes.
- Cut a brie wheel into a mouth shape and top with your favorite fruit preserves
- Fill in the gaps with all of your favorite orange-colored foods! We used carrots, apricots, cheese balls and orange bell peppers.
- Cucumber slices make a great stem for your pumpkin board, fan those off the top.
Looking for something a bit sweeter. Why not try Pumpkin Spice Naan Dippers® with Cream Cheese Frosting Dip or Apple Spice Naanchos. Both recipes are perfect treat to take to your next Halloween party.
Pumpkin Spice Naan Dippers

Recipe:
- Combine 1 cup extra-fine granulated sugar with 2 tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice, mix well. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp. of butter in a large frying pan.
- Add the Naan Dippers® and toss them in the melted butter.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin spice sugar and toss until they are coated on both sides.
- Serve warm with cream cheese frosting dip
For the cream cheese dip:
- In a large bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar a cup at a time until smooth and creamy. Beat in the vanilla extract.
Apple Spice Naanchos
Recipe:
- Brush Stonefire® Naan Dippers® with melted butter or coconut oil, sprinkle with apple pie spices (sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, to taste). Bake at 400 for 8-10 min or until golden
- Dice 2-3 apples, add to a saucepan over medium heat add 1/2 tablespoon butter and apple pie spices. Cook for about 4 min or until fragrant
- Make your own salted caramel sauce or use your favorite pre-made version
- Build your naanchos– Layer Dippers®, chopped apple mixture, salted caramel sauce, whipped cream, and top with additional spices! YUM!
Ghost & Mummy Pizzas
How about some Spooky Halloween Pizzas for the kids. It’s a great treat that looks and tastes amazing, but is also easy to make? YES! Here is a quick and easy Halloween food idea for ghost pizzas, mini mummy pizzas and spider pizza bites.

Recipe:
- Using Stonefire® Pizza Crusts, Stonefire® Naan Rounds or Stonefire® Naan Dippers® as the base, top with a thin layer of your favorite pizza sauce.
- Ghost Pizza – use a cookie cutter to cut ghost shapes out of slices of mozzarella! Using a straw punch out black olive circles for the eyes and mouth.
- Mummy Pizzas – use Stonefire® Naan Rounds and cut strips from a slice of mozzarella. Use black olive slices for eyes!
- Spiders – for the body cut 1 large black olive in half, length wise, for the legs cute 3 black olive slices in half.
