Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with Naan Dippers

Ingredients

  • 1 container Stonefire® Naan Dippers
  • 16 oz can chickpeas
  • 6 oz jar roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tea black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo
  • ¼ C olive oil

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients except for the olive oil in a food processor until well pureed.
  • Slowly add olive oil through top opening until fully incorporated.
  • Serve with warm Stonefire  Naan Dippers.
