Breakfast Flatbreads: Kickstart Your Morning with These Tasty Ideas Using Stonefire® Naan

Roasted Caprese Avocado Toast on Mini Naan Breakfast Flatbread

Indulge in the tantalizing combination of creamy avocado, roasted tomatoes, and fresh basil, all atop warm, buttery mini naan. This nutrient-rich, vegetarian-friendly breakfast is a perfect start to any day.


1 pack of Stonefire® Original Mini Naan

1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes

2 TBSP olive oil

2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme and oregano

1 clove of garlic, cut off the top but leave the skin on

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh Mozzarella, torn into pieces or small ball size

Fresh Basil, for garnish

1 Avocado, peeled and sliced



Make the roasted tomatoes and garlic: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Toss the tomatoes, head of garlic, olive oil and sprigs of thyme and oregano, into a small baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 40-45 min or until tomatoes have started to burst and mixture is lightly brown and bubbling.

Toast the mini naan until lightly browned. Stonefire® Mini Naan fits perfectly in the toaster or you can toast in the oven, directly on the rack for 2-3 minutes.

Top the naan with 1/2 of the avocado slices. Spoon on some of the roasted tomato and garlic, and fresh mozzarella cheese, to taste. Garnish with fresh basil, salt and pepper, and balsamic reduction or balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!!


Breakfast Naan Egg Bake

Turn your morning meal into a feast with this personal-sized breakfast pizza. It’s a fantastic way to use Stonefire® Mini Naan as a quick base.



1 package Stonefire® Original Mini Naan

4 eggs

2 TBSP Olive Oil

4-5 slices of bacon. chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese blend

1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Chives, chopped, for garnish



Preheat oven to 400 F

Brush Stonefire® Original Mini naan with olive oil. Top with cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and bacon, leaving a space in the center for the egg. Crack an egg in center of the naan and place on a baking sheet. Repeat with the other 3 naan.

Bake for 10-12 min or until egg is set but still runny.

Remove from the oven, season with salt and pepper and top with fresh chives. ENJOY!


French Toast Flatbread

Elevate the classic French toast recipe with Stonefire® Naan. Naan’s unique texture absorbs the egg mixture beautifully, making every bite irresistibly soft and flavorful.



1 package Stonefire® Mini Naan

4 eggs

¼ cup milk

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp. butter or vegetable cooking spray



Cut the Naan into 8 equal pieces (2 per Naan).

Mix the egg and milk together with the salt in a small bowl. Place a frying pan onto the stove and set it to a medium temperature. Add butter or vegetable spray to the pan before adding the bread.

Dip the cut pieces of Naan into the egg mixture until it’s fully submerged.

Remove and place the Naan onto the preheated pan. Let cook and turn the slices over as they start to become brown.

When they are cooked through, remove from pan and serve. Serve warm with maple syrup, butter, sliced strawberries and fresh whipped cream.
