- 1 Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
- ¼ small red onion sliced thin
- 1/3 cup marinara sauce
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 oz. cooked/crumbled hot Italian sausage
- 5 slices large pepperoni
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Place pizza crust on work surface
- Spread crust with marinara and then shredded mozzarella.
- Place pepperoni and then crumbled Italian sausage.
- Top with sliced red onion and grated parmesan cheese
- Place in oven and cook 8-10 minutes
