You’ll Need:

  • Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup of pumpkin butter (store-bought or homemade)

Cinnamon Roll Filling Mixture:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing:

  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix the cinnamon roll filling: in a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon with a spatula until combined
3. Assemble the pizza—Brush the crust with melted butter and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Then spread an even layer of pumpkin butter onto the crust. Next, spread a layer of the cinnamon roll oat mixture evenly over the pumpkin butter layer.
4. Place pizza in the oven and cook for 7-10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the toppings are bubbly and aromatic
5. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly.
6. Make the frosting— in a bowl cream together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.
7. Pipe the cream cheese icing onto the pizza in a large swirl pattern. Slice and enjoy!!
