Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon and sugar, mixed

Optional Star Decorations:

  • 1 additional Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust
  • Gold sprinkles

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Toppings:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries *substitute for strawberries, if preferred

Directions

  1. Prepare the Pizza Crust: Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust on a baking sheet. Brush the crust with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Note: To make the star decorations- use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars from an additional Stonefire® Artisan Thin Pizza Crust. Brush with butter, sprinkle with gold sprinkles, and bake with the Stonefire® Pizza crust.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Frosting: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and salt, and mix until everything is well combined and the frosting is smooth.
  3. Assemble the Fruit Pizza: Once the crust has cooled, spread a generous layer of cream cheese frosting over the entire surface, spreading it up to the edges. Create the American flag pattern: In the top left corner, arrange the blueberries to form the blue field of the flag. Create red stripes using the raspberries, leaving space between each stripe for the white frosting stripes. Fill in the white stripes with additional cream cheese frosting, using a piping bag or a small spatula for precision. Decorate with the star cut-outs if you made them, placing them on top of the blueberries or around the edge of the pizza for extra flair.
