Cheesy Pull Apart Garlic Mini Naan can be served as an appetizer, entrée pairing or afternoon snack. Using only four ingredients, this simple recipe can be on your table in under 20 minutes. Cheesy and buttery this pull apart garlic naan makes for an impressive, quick and easy appetizer or a hearty snack idea.

To purchase the Stonefire® product(s) used in this recipe,
please choose one of the following options:


  • 1 package Stonefire® Garlic Mini Naan
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese blend (or blend of choice)
  • ½ cup garlic butter (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 green onion finely sliced (green and white part)


  • Preheat oven to 400⁰ F
  • Line an 8 inch cast iron pan with parchment paper
  • Cut each naan into 4 for a total of 16 pieces
  • Butter each naan piece and place 4 in a layer around the base of the pan
  • Top with some shredded cheese and a small amount of green onion
  • Repeat the layers until all of the pieces are used – there should be 4 layers
  • Save a small amount of cheese and green onions to put on top of the pull apart when it comes out of the oven
  • Place in oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown
  • Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and green onions and serve – wrap a tea towel around the pan handle as it will be hot to the touch
