Cheesy Pull Apart Garlic Mini Naan

  • 1 package Stonefire® Garlic Mini Naan
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese blend (or blend of choice)
  • ½ cup garlic butter (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 green onion finely sliced (green and white part)


  • Preheat oven to 400⁰ F
  • Line an 8 inch cast iron pan with parchment paper
  • Cut each naan into 4 for a total of 16 pieces
  • Butter each naan piece and place 4 in a layer around the base of the pan
  • Top with some shredded cheese and a small amount of green onion
  • Repeat the layers until all of the pieces are used – there should be 4 layers
  • Save a small amount of cheese and green onions to put on top of the pull apart when it comes out of the oven
  • Place in oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown
  • Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and green onions and serve – wrap a tea towel around the pan handle as it will be hot to the touch
