  • Stonefire® Mini Naan (1 piece) 
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning (EBTB)
  • Green onions or chives, for garnish
  • Chili oil (optional) 


  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9-12 minutes. Once done, transfer eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool before peeling.
  2. Toast the Stonefire Mini Naan in the toaster or oven according to package instructions until lightly golden brown. 
  3. While the naan is toasting, slice the ripe avocado into thin slices. 
  4. Once the naan is toasted, Arrange the avocado slices on top of the naan. Generously sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning over the avocado slices. Grate the hard-boiled eggs using a box grater or a fine grater. Garnish with green onions or chives. For an extra kick of flavor, drizzle chili oil over the top (optional). Be mindful of the spice level and adjust accordingly!  
  5. Enjoy immediately while warm. Serve as a delicious breakfast, brunch, or snack option.
