Broccoli and Cheese Naan Pizza Pockets

You will need….

  • 2 broccoli heads – reserve only a bit of stem
  • 2 ½ cups of grated mozzarella cheese – you could use less
  • 8 Stonefire® Mini Naan
  • 2 Tbsp of Olive oil
  • Everything Bagel seasoning for garnish


  1. Boil broccoli for approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain using a strainer.
  2. Add broccoli to a cheese cloth & ring out any additional water.
  3. Add broccoli to a bowl and use your kitchen scissors to cut florets & stem into small pieces.
  4. Add cheese & mix together until well combined.
  5. Prepare a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Add 2-3 Tbsp of mixture to one side of naan and fold naan in half. Be sure to press down so the mixture is evenly distributed. Fill all remaining naan following the same steps.
  7. Brush each naan with olive oil & garnish with everything bagel seasoning. Bake at 375°F for approximately 10-15 minutes, until golden brown & cheese has completely melted. Enjoy!
