Ingredients

  • 4 Stonefire® Original Naan
  • 2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (color of your choice), thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables: While the chicken is grilling, prepare your vegetables. Thinly slice the tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion. Chop the lettuce and set aside.
  3. Warm the Naan: Place the Stonefire Naan on the grill for about 1 minute on each side or until it is just warmed through and golden. You can also warm the Naan in a preheated oven at 350°F for 2-3 minutes if preferred.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: On a clean surface, lay out the warmed Naan breads. Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce over each Naan. Add the grilled chicken slices, followed by the tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and lettuce. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Wrap It Up: Carefully fold the sides of the Naan over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to encase the fillings tightly. If you’re having trouble keeping the wrap closed, you can use toothpicks or wrap them in parchment paper.
  6. Serve: Cut each wrap in half, if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your Grilled Chicken Wrap with a side of extra tzatziki sauce or your favorite dip.

Tips:

  • For an extra kick, add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce before wrapping.
  • If tzatziki sauce isn’t available, you can easily make your own by mixing grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
  • Customize your wrap by adding or substituting ingredients based on your preferences.
