Greek Rice Bowl with Naan

  • 1 pack of Stonefire Original Naan
  • Long-grain rice, cooked
  • Chicken breast, cooked, sliced or diced
  • Red onion, diced
  • Cucumber, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Roasted chickpeas (optional)
  • Feta cheese crumbled
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Garnish with mint
  • For the Greek dressing:
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Start by preparing the cooked rice and chicken breast. Cook them according to your preferred method (baking, grilling, etc.) or use leftovers.
  • To serve, place the rice in a bowl and top with red onion, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and roasted chickpeas. Add the cooked chicken breast. Sprinkle crumbled feta and fresh mint and a spoonful of tzatziki sauce.
  • Pour the Greek dressing over the rice mixture. Serve with a size of warm Stonefire naan. Yummy!
