Chicken Kabobs with Grilled Naan

  • 1 Package Stonefire® Naan
  • 12 large cubes of chicken
  • 12 large Zucchini cubes
  • 12 Red pepper cubes
  • 1 red onion- chopped in cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  • Preheat BBQ to Med high heat
  • Make the skewers – using 4 metal or bamboo skewers add the chicken and vegetables, alternating to have even amounts.
  • Brush with olive oil and place on preheated grill. Grill till the chicken reaches doneness.
  • Warm the Naan on the BBQ just before serving.
  • Place the Naan on the plate and top with 2 skewers
  • Serve warm
